As co-director of the swim school, Adrienne brings with her over 10 years of swim instruction and coaching experience. Adrienne has established a teaching method that melds the professional training she has received with a deep understanding of child psychology. This “Mattos Method” is now a fail-proof teaching technique that all AquaTech instructors are thoroughly trained to utilize.

Having been a nationally ranked All American swimmer, Adrienne knows how dedication and work ethic translate into successful results. Adrienne began her swimming career at age 3 and has continued to pursue aquatic excellence.

Adrienne’s aquatic achievements include:

• Nation’s fastest high school woman in the 50 and 100 yard freestyle (1997)
• University of California at Berkeley school record holder in the 50 yard freestyle (1998-2001)
• NCAA top ten qualifier
• 2000 Olympic Trial Qualifier
• 50 and 100 yard freestyle performances still remain among the top ten  performances of University of California at Berkeley Women’s Swimming history
• All American Status

Stephen, owner of Moore Communications, a management consulting company, has been working with financial institutions for over 12 years. Stephen has supported JP Morgan, Visa, Bank of America and currently Wells Fargo with improving workflow management, budgeting process and organizational restructuring. As co-director of AquaTech Swim School, he brings a strong business background and deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful company.
